Registration Fees

All construction trades are free. Peddlers and/or Intrants going door to door must register and apply for a permit in person during business hours at Town Hall.

Notice

All registrations will be valid for one (1) calendar year from the original date of registration and is valid in both the Town limits and the Extraterritorial URIsdiction (ETJ). It will be the responsibility of the registered individuals to ensure that this process is complete before permits will be issued and any work in the specific trade is commenced. The Town of Lakewood Village reserves the right to deny or revoke any contractor registration if there are justifiable reasons or violations as determined by the Building Official.

Terms and Conditions

All contractors who are required by state law or local ordinance to be licensed must register with the Town of Lakewood Village before applying for permits or performing any work. A master or contractor license in the specific trade is required to register as a contractor. Licensed Journeyman working for the contractor shall be listed on the contractor registration. All work shall be supervised by a licensed individual, and must be onsite of any job under their supervision. A licensed residential wireman may supervise one helper or apprentice. Any work discovered being performed without the required licensed personnel shall be conspicuously identified to prevent reuse and shall be removed. Multiple violations of licensure requirements may result in suspension of the contractors’ registration, including the right to obtain permits to work in the town. Any individuals foundperforming work without the required license will be required to leave the jobsite. A contractor is defined as a General, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Irrigation, Backflow Tester, Pool, Sign, Concrete, Fencing or Roofing.

The Town of Lakewood Village does not keep any personal information about you or your visit to our Internet site unless you have specifically supplied it to us. In cases where you have supplied us with information or sent us an email, such information will be treated in accordance with the applicable provision of the Public Information Act. This means that such information may be considered public information available to the public upon request. To the extent allowed by the Act and opinion of the Attorney General, the Town will make reasonable efforts to protect personal and financial information from disclosure.

Selecting Multiple Files

Windows

To select multiple files on Windows, follow these steps:
  1. Click on one of the files or folders you want to select.
  2. Hold down the control key (Ctrl).
  3. Click on the other files or folders that you want to select while holding the control key.
  4. Continue to hold down the control key until you select all the files you want.

Mac

To select multiple files on Mac, follow these steps:
  1. Click on one of the files or folders you want to select.
  2. Hold down the command or shift key.
  3. Click on files or folders that you want to select while holding the command or shift key.
  4. Continue to hold down the command or shift key until you select all the files you want.

Android

To select multiple files in list or gallery view, follow these steps:
  1. You press and hold a file to select it and a check mark will appear next to it when it is selected.
  2. To select multiple files press on as many files as you want to select and check marks will appear next to all of the selected files.

iPhone / iPad

To select multiple files in list or gallery view, follow these steps:
  1. Select in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap each of your files.
